Samatan
This is a duck-lovers mecca. Real aficionados from Toulouse don’t buy their ducks on Sunday at the market, like everybody else. They wait for Monday, and go to Samatan. It’s a poultry-lovers heaven, a huge hall full of delicious potential.

There is also a lake, which is beautiful in the summer, just as you leave the village. Every Thursday night there is a party next to the lake, and every fortnight a meal is organised in the streets of the village.
